HOW DOES THE LOTTERY WORK?
The Lottery is a chance to win the opportunity to buy (2) orchestra tickets to HAMILTON at an exclusive PHP 1,600 Lottery price. The lottery is not a chance to win free tickets.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I ENTER FOR?
Each entry will allow you to purchase 2 tickets per performance. Winners will have the opportunity to purchase lottery tickets to a single performance in the week they win.
WHERE DO I SIGN UP FOR THE LOTTERY?
Entry for the HAMILTON Ticket Lottery is only via TicketWorld. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate. All those signing up for the lottery must use the email address associated with their active Ticketworld account.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be on sale to the general public on 24 April 2023.
All bookings for HAMILTON tickets will only be available via TicketWorld.

How much will tickets cost?
Ticket prices for Hamilton will vary by performance and seat location. Prices are subject to change, but start from PHP 2,500* and are available at the TicketWorld website.
*Subject to availability. PHP ticket price is based on E Reserve ticket. A transaction fee applies per order. Selected ticket delivery methods may incur an additional charge. The minimum price listed may be available for selected performances only. Ticket prices may vary depending on date, availability, section and zone.
What are the payment methods?
You may currently purchase tickets on the website through Credit and Debit Card. Cash transactions may be made over the counter at any of the TicketWorld Outlets and at The Theatre Box Office. How many tickets can I buy?
There is a 6 ticket limit per transaction. All orders will be reviewed for duplicate accounts, bots, or other means being used to circumvent the 6 ticket limit. Fraudulent ticket orders may be canceled without notice.
Why the limit?
The ticket limit is in place to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets for HAMILTON. All transactions online or in-person that are detected to be bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than 6 tickets, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the 6 ticket limit may be canceled without consideration.
What if I want access to group sales and book more than 6 tickets?
For more information on groups, please email your group inquiry to groups@gmg-productions.com. There are no group discounts for these performances.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets for another date once I purchase my tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets once they are purchased unless you have availed a Refundable Ticket* upon checkout.
As with all ticket purchases, we recommend that you check/confirm dates and times of the performance you intend to purchase before completing the checkout on TicketWorld.
*The Refundable Ticket ensures you will be reimbursed 100% of the ticket price if you suddenly cannot attend the show due to unforeseen medical, travel and other circumstances. Will the theater have covid-safe protocols in place?

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets for HAMILTON at The Theatre at Solaire are only available as mobile tickets, print at home tickets, or via box office collection on the day of your chosen performance. Please be reminded to keep your ticket information confidential and not to post any details online to ensure the validity of your ticket.
I opted for mobile/print at home but I want to have a physical ticket. Where can I have my ticket printed?
You may have your ticket printed at the Solaire Theatre box office at least three hours before the date and time of your chosen performance.
Why are there tickets online that are twice as expensive as your listed ticket prices?
If you search HAMILTON, you will likely find people reselling tickets on social media or resale sites advertising HAMILTON tickets at prices higher than those on the TicketWorld site. Be aware of what website you are on before you make any purchase. TicketWorld is the only authorized ticket seller for HAMILTON in Manila and tickets not sold via TicketWorld may not be honored. Refunds will not be given for fraudulent tickets.
What if a performance is sold out?
We anticipate demand will be high for HAMILTON tickets and recommend that customers book early for best availability. If the performance you wish to attend is sold out, we recommend the following:
- Look further into the season for other performances.
- Saturday evenings and Sunday matinees will be the performances that are highest in demand, so consider attending on other show dates.
- Continue to check back on sold-out performances in the event additional seats get released.
- Make sure you are signed up to the waitlist to receive information on ticket releases and new ticket blocks if they become available.
Is The Theatre at Solaire an accessible venue & how do I book wheelchair bookings?

Can I avail of a Diplomat/PWD/Senior discount?
Diplomat/PWD/Senior discounts are honored for over the counter transactions only. A one-ID-one-ticket rule will be applied. Please present your ID at any TicketWorld outlet upon purchasing your tickets.
What is the seating layout or stage view?
A map of the venue will appear upon selecting your seats. During peak periods, especially during pre-sales, the map may not be available for seat selection and please note that seating maps only provide indicative views of the venue and may not reflect actual sightlines for the production of HAMILTON.
How do I access my preferred seats?
We expect high demand for HAMILTON tickets and encourage you to purchase online unless availing Diplomat/PWD/Senior discount.

What is the running time for HAMILTON?
Running time is approx. 2 hours and 50 mins, including intermission.
Is there an age recommendation?
HAMILTON contains some strong language and is appropriate for ages 8+. Infants will not be permitted and children five years old and above will be admitted but must have their own ticket.
How long is HAMILTON scheduled to run in Manila?
Please check ticketworld.com.ph for the current dates of performances on sale.

Will I be admitted into the performance if I arrive late to the performance?
We recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes prior to the show start time noted on your ticket.
Once the performance starts, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance.
