Noel started playing and making games on his Tandy TRS80 years ago after being inspired by a Space Invaders machine that turned up at his Dad’s hotel. After making websites for a few years at the start of the dot com boom, Noel decided it was time to entertain the world by making games that thrill players, and co-founded Gamesys in 2001 with a team of 10 people.

After founding Jackpotjoy and growing it into one of the UK leading online gaming brands, Gamesys went on to acquire the licences for Heart Bingo in 2011 and Virgin Games in 2013, expanding the company to become a world leading gaming provider eventually employing over 1400 people.

Noel sold Gamesys in September 2019 and then founded Anzo Group, the holding company for Roxor Gaming and the Livescore Group.
